Hi,

I've been using the Acacia for about a month and I've found the same thing with some days being loose and others not. I'm a C so anytime I can go is a wonderful thing. I've only gotten up to 2tsp a day and found that is good enough for now, any more and I'd be a D. Remember, in Heather's instructions she says to stop at whatever dosage works for you. I do think it takes longer than a month for everything to truly begin to be stable, so patience is needed. I've been activly battling this for 2 years and still have issues with foods that I'm weeding out of my diet. I'm even having to change my Zoloft tablets because the generic version is reacting. There must be wheat in the makeup of the pill and it has messed me up big time. There's just no knowing what could have been in the food you ate at the party. Even organic doesn't mean that something wasn't in it that bothered your gut. Overeating will certainly make you react too, or just eating too much of one thing. I can tolerate a few pieces of broccoli but any more than that and I react. We all seem to have a fine line to walk with this.
