Soy products can really cause a lot of gas/bloating problems if you're not used to it. I don't know how quickly you jumped into eating soy, but I'm still betting that's the problem - not the turkey. It might just be a matter of your body adjusting, or you might not be able to tolerate soy at all. The only way you'll know is to cut back the soy intake a little, but keep eating it daily, and see how you do after a couple weeks... or decide it's not worth the trouble and cut the soy out completely.

All the experimenting is a pain sometimes, eh?
