So here's my daily intake:

Breakfast: 2 english muffin (well one muffin cut in half, you know), with a scraping of peanut butter.

Lunch: White roll with chicken (some skin on)

Snacks: Salted corn crackers (sakatas), bread roll and then some applesauce.

Dinner is planned to be roast chicken, sweet potatoes, carrots, squash and beets.

I ate the corn crackers about an hour before the applesauce - pureed apple in a little tub, pretty much baby food. About an hour after eating the applesauce was feeling nauseous, burping a lot and had a burning sensation in my mid-abdomen, sorta above my belly button. The only thing I can put it on was the applesauce as I've eaten ALL of the other foods plenty of times with no problems - I thought applesauce was supposed to be totally safe though?!?!
