Last night I had the first bit of pain for 2 weeks. I had some sharp gas pain really low and I was gassy/burpy. Otherwise I have had very minor bloating/gas without pain. Today I started to get bloated. I peed and ate and it went away immediately. Usually I would have been super huge and bloated all afternoon and evening. I just cannot attribute my good streaks or bad streaks to anything. I even ate chocolate today! I just had such a rough winter (I was depressed and low in February and sad at work too) that I cannot bear for it to go back to that! -------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages: "You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
