Well, obviously not if I have it. While it may be highly unlikely that the problem is something other than IBS, it certainly isn't impossible. This diet can help things other than just IBS. You just never know until you have the tests done. I've heard of people finding out that they never even had IBS, just a food allergy that was being avoided because it wasn't included in the EFI diet.
