I don't think I was that much constipated after taking it...but I only took it in emergencies when the pain was just too bad. I don't think any of the antispasmodics will give you D, sadly. They all tend toward C. I'm not sure if I should say anything, but are you sure it's not the Acacia making you so gassy and bloated?
