acid alkaline...?       12/07/03 03:57 PM Edit Reply Quote babycarrot75 Reged: 11/08/03 Posts: 6 Loc: philly PA ok, so can one be too alkaline? yes they can, but the symptoms are the same....i drink a ton of greens and take chlorophyll....this is all very alkalizing. has anyone ever had bad side effects from this? i work in nutrition and i feel that multis and other supplements are not for everyone...i don't take them...the magnesium and vit C messes me up! well, i just want to know if any of you have ever had "over alkalizing" problems.... okee, bye bye all...again.. over and out from philly!
