They do have casein, but it's never bothered me at all. I really enjoy both the cheddar and mozerella flavors, and frequently use them in place of shredded cheese. Galaxy foods also makes Veggie Slices (I think that's the same), and I often buy their swiss flavor and use it on sandwiches. I agree with Heather that the cheeses without casein definitely leave something to be desired. I hope you find a brand that you like! I think all you can do is experiment with a few and see which ones appeal to your taste buds.
