I take 500 mg before breakfast and 500 before dinner. And I eat 4 small meals a day. Ideally it would be 5, i'm just having trouble fitting them all in! I used to absolutely rely on suppositories - used them daily, which is no good in the long run and would now automatically throw my bowel into a spasm.
