I'm new to the diet and saw that angel food cake is supposed to be a safe food. My daughter wants it for her birthday on Wednesday and when I was reading the ingredients on the box it listed nonfat dry milk as the last ingredient. Is this ok for me to eat or not? I'm so confused.....
