I'm not c. I'm a reformed D...lol! Ever since I started this diet, I turned to A, and now I would say I'm more on the c side most of the time. So this is a sample of what I eat:
Breakfast: soyfee with 1/2 tsp. Acacia usually oatmeal with water or almond milk and a handful of raisins (based on how my belly feels) OR Banana bread OR a bagel with about 1/4 to 1/2 cup of fruit Sometimes even a lite multi-grain english muffin with smart balance light
Lunch: 1/2 tsp Acacia. Turkey sandwich on italian bread with slice or two of tomato. Maybe some more fruit. If I am not going to eat fruit, then I'll have the sandwhich on WW bread but usually only half. OR a banana/blueberry smoothie made with some almond milk or just water and a piece of toast or english muffin...again, white or whole grain depending on how I feel, my bm that day, do I have to go out, etc...
Dinner: 1/2 tsp. acacia. Always rice, pasta, couscous or something like that with either chicken, shrimp, fish, or imitation raviolis or something along with veggies like broccoli, green beans, sweet potato, or a simple salad with tomato and cucumber. Also, veggie burgers with tomato and ketchup without hfcs (just in case b/c I put A LOT on!).
Snacks: graham crackers, pretzels, fruit (banana with peanut butter, cantaloupe, pineapple but not on empty stomach), luna bars
Desserts: rice crispies with chocolate almond milk , tofutti cuties, rice dream ice cream with a small regular nestle crunch bar and pb blended in , banana bread made with chocolate chips, luna bars
I also take a Caltrate Plus D (just 600mg daily) which I think has helped with my d but also makes me gassy
Hope that helps. Again, I adjust my IF daily based on if I've had a bm or more that day, also how gassy I feel. I should probably add more IF, but I'm usually scared b/c I have to go places. Good luck.
