She says to take it with as little water as possible because even though it is enteric coated, water will dissolve the coating. I have had days where my stomach just burns because the capsule must have dissolved there instead of in my intestine, other days it is ok. If you are taking this for gas/bloating, have you tried Fennel Seed capsules? These work really good for me. I also drink alot of peppermint tea. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
