I have been on the diet only a few days yet, but already i notice improvements.. No more pain (well almost none) and that means more energy to do stuff. I never knew red meat could be a trigger otherwise i would have cut that out of my life long ago (always get pain shortly after eating it, how could i have not noticed..).

I dont recall ever having problems with dairy products tho. I always ate cornflakes with just normal cowmilk and never had pain afterwards. And my gnocchi with bluecheesesause never gave problems too.

Is it just my bowels didnt notice that anymore, because of all the other triggers, or might i be able to just have bits of dairy products in low dosis? Are there others that have this?
