Each time I eat PB toast about an hour or so I get gas, bloating and pain AND I can feel it move through the small intestine. It is a major trigger for me. Not pleasant! I think that in my case it is the high SF (8 gr/100 by weight) in peanuts that maybe the problem and not just the fat. It just goes to show how each our IBS triggers differ.
