I didn't think it was possible to have no BM for a week or more. I REALLY think you need to see a doctor about this, and get on some kind of heavy duty medication for C. Some people have mentioned Miralax, which is now OTC. Try Milk of Magnesia even, just to get things moving! But it really sounds like you need some kind of regular medication until you can get everything under control with just diet.
