You are NOT alone!! You described me almost perfectly! I, too, would prefer a horrific bout of D to get passed the C!! Fortunately, I have been IBS diet faithful - food-wise, but not amount-wise. I feel bloated tonight, with some urgency, but little results. I have upped my liquid intake, primarily fennel tea and water and now, if I'd just find my way to my treadmill and get a mile in before I veg on the couch, I'd be even better!
