It feels totally bizarre doesn't it when normally you can't "stop" having bms. The good news is that your d has subsided. Hooray!!! The c/gas is quite uncomfortable, but at least you are on your way. I know it's scary but you really have to be daring to try more IF. Try when you don't have to go out somewhere or don't have a busy day. I kept thinking it would give me d, but it just made me go normal so I hope that will be the same for you. And I agree with Gracie...give the Beano a try. I still have some gas but it is sooo much better...not sure if it's the Beano helping or the better bm schedule...probably both. How did your friend feel sick?
