It's always gas when I feel this       03/04/07 09:47 PM Edit Reply Quote hohoyumyum Reged: 05/28/03 Posts: 2263 Loc: SacTown, CA Whenever I have bouts of extreme gassiness that gets trapped it feels like my lower left side is being stabbed. The pain spreads in to my back and left thigh and goes from a stabbing feeling to a warm ache as it spreads. It's pretty common with IBS.
