No, I do not have trouble breathing, but I do breathe like someone is supposed to breathe while they are in labor.....When the spasm and pain is really intense I do tend to hold my breath until the pain is gone, but can't recall having trouble breathing. I did do a search though and found the vasovagal reaction, gowers sycope, situational syncope, can be related to BM's, pain, anxiety, now if I can do that research why can't a physician that is paid hundred of thousands of dollars a year, could also research it!!! The only comfort I have is that I've had this before during an attack, but each time I have one gets remarkably worse and I cannot imagine experience this when I get older, I think it would kill an older person....
