Re: Dairy Free/Gluten Free Chocolate!       02/28/07 07:52 PM Edit Reply Quote DianeM Reged: 12/05/06 Posts: 173 Loc: Kentucky I had been eating these for over a year (the Almond and Raspberry chocolate), but I stopped because I assumed that the chocolate contained caffeine, which is a trigger. These are really good, so I hated to take them out of my diet. I tried doing a search on chocolate and caffeine, and came up with completely different answers - some say it contains as much as a cup of decaffeinated coffee, some say "just a litte," and one article says it's just a rumor that chocolate contains caffeine.
