I'm still experimenting with different milk alternatives and trying to find one that suits me best (and tastes best!) I tried to go without milk altogether but found I just cannot live without hot chocolate before bed! My impression so far is that most of you use soy milk but it would help a lot if you could choose which kind you use if it's listed in the options or post a reply stating what you prefer.
I've had bad experiences with soy milk in the past and have become very sick on a couple of occasions (at least I'm pretty sure it was the soy milk.) I don't think I'm allergic but do you find there is a limit to how much soy milk you can take? I just wonder whether sometimes I overdo it and have too much.
P.S. I'm sorry if this has already been done (I tried searching).
