I, too, am severely lactose intolerant. Soy milk (any flavor), soy nog, soy yogurt, broccili, spinach, Luna Bars, NOW Cal-Mag pills, Nature's Own fortified bread, cashews, almonds, mozzarella soy cheese singles, and Soy Dream icecream are places where I get my calcium.

Good Luck!!!!!! It is important that you are both getting enough calcium and menstruating regularly -- otherwise you will develop osteoperosis later in life -- and you don't need to deal w/ that, too!

Total Cereal may contain milk and is wheat based -- so checked the ingredients -- but fortified breads and cereals are a good idea. Research what vitamins or foods you should eat/take with artificial / fortified sources of calcium in order to retain the most calcium possible.

GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!
