Well, logic and fairness has nothing to do with this illness or any others, so the best you can do is suck it up for now, and not do it again in the future. I don't think anyone can tell you how long this attack is going to last. As far as what you can do, I'm sure you know the drill by now: - your safest foods, especially solubles - fennel tea - heating pad - mild exercise Good luck, and I hope you feel better really quickly.
