Yep, I have both. And a lot of foods bother both the IBS and the HH. I just got prescribed Periett (an acid reducer) for the HH. But I live on peppermint tea and caps. It doesn't (ODDLY) bother my HH. I'm more bothered by peanut butter, bananas, tomato sauce, etc. And I can't eat anything spicy.
