Flax Oil Capsules       02/18/07 02:22 PM Edit Reply Quote Lorenzo Reged: 10/25/06 Posts: 22 Loc: Ontario, Canada I was just diagnosed as having IBS C. Its my first day on Heathers Diet and because I get a lot of bloating and gas I can't take Metamucil. Could anyone tell me if Flax Oil Capsules would be an IF and a substitute for Metamucil.
