I was IBS-D for more years than I can count. Since I quit smoking 5 weeks ago, I've been IBS-C ever since (with incontinence on one occasion). I'm slowly increasing my Acacia, and increasing insoluble fiber, but nothing has helped. I also had severe pain yesterday, which I don't normally get. Should I go back to the BTC diet? That helped greatly with my D - does it also help with C? I don't know what else to do.
