I use Amy's Family Marinara (I didn't like the low-sodium variety and haven't tried the other flavors). My husband and I absolutely LOVE it. Also, it's just about the only sauce I've tried that doesn't make me feel acidy at all. It comes in a jar, not a can, and is made from organic tomatoes, not processed stuff. No preservatives, etc. It's really delicious and easy on my tummy. I'd start out with that and see how you do.

I usually throw in some tofu (extra firm, drained, cut into 1/4" cubes - about 1/3 of the package) and simmer for about 15-20 minutes over low heat. Then serve over lots of pasta with French bread on the side.
