I also take vitamins, but not a multi. I haven't found one that agrees with me. I take C, D, a B50 complex, Calcuim Magnesium & Zinc, and Iron. I spread them out - lunch and dinner.

I don't have a problem taking the C. I take a chewable though, maybe that is why it doesn't bother me, all the hard work is done.

I can't take vitamins containing gelatin. I can't tolerate gelatin even in small amounts, which makes it fun to take peppermint caps and certain prescription drugs as needed. I think it all depends on you in the long run. Make sure to take your multi with SF! It may help ease the tummy troubles.
