i live in ny, but since im unstable and always seem to be eating the worst foods for my ibs since i like to go out and eat a lot, i can't be of much help as to where to go eat, but try going on www.menupages.com. it has many food places in ny and tells you whats on their menu. most don't have the ingredients though... but at least you'll have some idea
