Rice isn't gas forming, but the added sugars to some brands of rice milk could very well be. I recommend Rice Dream Original which has no added sugars or preservatives. Rice Dream Original Enriched has added vitamins and calcium, which is good if you're looking to use it as a milk/calcium substitute. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
