Slippery Elm       01/20/07 02:12 AM Edit Reply Quote Jennifer86 Reged: 01/01/07 Posts: 48 Loc: UK Hi Everyone, I was just wondering if anyone has heard of or uses Slippery Elm? I went to a new health shop and they had the capsules and the powder to make into a drink. Both are supposed to aid IBS symptoms and support the digestive tract, or something along those lines. That's about all it said so I'm not exactly sure how it works or if it will help at all. Has anyone tried it with success?? Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
