Plan of Attack for a Big Event

On Saturday afternoon, I am giving a performance. I will be playing some short solo piano pieces (my own compositions) and accompanying a mezzo-soprano. My tummy is starting to react to the stress and nerves a bit, but I expected that to happen. Here's my plan for making sure my tummy behaves through the dress rehearsal tomorrow and the concert on Saturday:

Go on the BTC diet starting Friday. Since I'm not having actual attacks, I will likely modify this slightly by putting a small amount of jam and/or almond butter on my english muffins, and maybe a tiny bit of dried fruit in my oatmeal.

Do at least a half hour of yoga for relaxation on Friday evening.

Take a peppermint capsule Friday night about a half hour before bed. Take another one before my pre-concert lunch.

Go to bed early on Friday.

Bring Immodium, a bunch of peppermint tea, and a tin of Altoids to the recital venue and consume them as needed.

Drink plenty of peppermint, fennel, and Easy Now tea between now and the recital.

Take all my usual doses of Acacia and Primal Defense.

Suggestions? Anything I'm missing?
Think good tummy thoughts for me.
