You're eating ok but having the feeling of having to go or getting bloated is just what happens after a big meal (what can happen). I would try snacking all day for now. Also it helps me to just relax in the bathroom for a few minutes after meals even if I don't do anything. I also am trying to walk around after lunch at work and I am getting benefits from that.
