I have a BM in the morning and am fine - after lunch (right after eating) I get the feeling that I need to have another BM but it does not happen? Any ideas how I can change anything to make this happen? I eat oatmeal with ground flax and hemp seeds in the a.m. with blueberries. Lunch is usually BR pasta, steamed zuchinni, mushroom, rice cake with almond butter and kiwi. If I do have a BM after lunch it is very small and I still feel like I could go. Thanks for any ideas anyone might have. I also know that I need to increase my IF. I am taking 3 tsp acacia per day and about 1 tablespoon ground flax seed. Debbie IBS-C
