Hi Debbie, In answer to your questions: 1. I eat white rice, usually Basmati 2. Whole grain Wheat bread from Trader Vic's 3. I eat all veggies, but buffer them with SF 4. All fruits, most I peel before eating 5. My smoothie is made of - 1 cup of soy milk, 1 banana. 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed, 1 tablespoon of Acacia powder, 1 tablespon of honey. 1 & 1/2 cups of peeled fruit
I am IBS-C, pain predominent, and have sloooowly introduced all things ( no beef or dairy products) back into my diet after being on the BTC diet. I have followed Heather's guidelines when introducing things back. I still have pain which is a 2 on a scale from 1-10 rather than the 8 I endured for a year. I can live with that. I am about to try Beano, hoping to get rid of all the trapped gas. I feel my pain is from trapped gas. (maybe, maybe not but we'll see)
I am very thankful to have found this website and I really feel it has given me my life back. I love the Hypno Therapy tapes and plan on starting my second round in February. Hope that helps.
