Nope! No pureeing necessary. I just take four Beano before I eat it, as I do with any meal containing beans and/or veggies. I especially like the Fire Roasted Southwestern Vegetable, Lentil Vegetable, Minestrone, Pasta 3-Bean, and Black Bean Chilli. I need to try some of the other chilli varieties. I'm sure there are some I'm forgetting, but that's all I can think of right now. They're yummy! Some of the soups can be as high as 25-30% calories from fat, but just have some white bread or rice with the soup to bring that number down. The black bean chilli is especially low fat.
