Dried fruits in general are insoluble fiber foods and should be eaten as such - eat them with a soluble fiber base, and if you're re-introducing them into your diet, start slowly. As with any insoluble fiber food, whether or not you tolerate them, and which ones you tolerate, are more a matter of personal tolerance levels than following any kind of "list".

I know people who don't even have IBS who would have been bloated after 6 prunes - yikes! I know it's tempting to try to force down lots of IF in an attempt to get things moving, but please go slowly - your body will thank you!
