Hmm. Not knowing how you take your sandwiches, my first thoughts are as follows:

1. Maybe they changed the ingredients in the sweet onion sauce to include dairy... dairy is a major IBS trigger and should be avoided.

2. You don't put cheese on your sandwich, do you? Cheese = bad.

3. Maybe the chicken is cooked in such a way that it's too greasy for your system right now.

4. Maybe the raw veggies are too much for your system right now.

It's possible that this is just a quirk of your system, and once you're stable again, you'll be able to handle the sandwich again with no problems. But I'd suspect that they changed something in the ingredients of the sandwich components, honestly. They do that sometimes, and don't necessarily make it known.
