anyone take or know a lot about triphala?       12/27/06 09:40 PM Edit Reply Quote Unregistered http://www.himalayahealthcare.com/PRODUCTS/triphala.htm http://www.planetherbs.com/articles/triphala.html This sounds wonderful..but i wonder if a person could get dependant on it? says its a colon cleanse...my doctor said i shouldn't take colon cleanses..maybe this isn't a true cleanse? I was also wondering it it would be best to take this in caplet or powder form. ALso, can it react with any medications or vitamin supplements? i take amitiza,mirilax,probiotic by metamucil, sometimes take omperazole, acacia, think thats all.
