Left side pain       12/16/06 03:00 PM Edit Reply Quote laurab Reged: 11/28/06 Posts: 21 Loc: Boston Hi, I was just wondering if anyone could help me explain or find tricks to solve the pain on my lower left side. It is always there, sometimes I am able to ignore and sometimes not. I am taking zelnorm, benefiber, and an anti-spasmatic. I have spoken about it with my GI, so i know what it is, but have no idea how to solve it or if it will ever go away. does anyone else experience this? should i cut back on the benefiber maybe? I have also been on a EFI diet for almost 2 months now and things are not really improving. i keep feeling like i am doing something wrong. thanks, you have all already been so helpful, Laura Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
