Does anyone ever order a veggie burger or a turkey burger from a restaurant? If so, which U.S. ones are safe? And what ingredients besides eggs should I ask if it contains? (They don't typically put dairy in them, right?) I would like to expand my restaurant ordering to something other than grilled chicken or fish and pasta. I thought maybe a veggie or turkey burger on a white roll with a side of rice might be safe? What are your thoughts?
