I did find Rice slices that come in American and Cheddar flavors, though. I found them in the cooler in the health food section of my grocery store. I make fake egg mcmuffins with it...natural turkey, rice slice and egg white on a Thomas English muffin. They are awesome. Harder cheeses have less lactose, so some people can tolerate parmesan, manchego (my absolute fave) The creamier, like brie, camembert, etc are harder on the tummy. If I know I am going to indulge in cheese, I always take 2 enzymes and know that doesn't always protect me...I pay the price and pray I am at home!
