I spend all day at work in front of an internet connected computer -- so I use fitday.com to food journal. When/if I have IBS symptoms, I track that in the "journal" section of the site. You can also track activities. What I like is that it will make cute little graphs of your fat intake, calories, protein, pretty much whatever you want it to over any amount of time. But, then, I'm retentive (goes with C, I guess... )
