I was diagnosed with celiac 8 years ago. My son was diagnosed at the age of 18 months. The diet seems restrictive, but you get used to it and there are lots of good products out there now. As for the C, it is not an unusual symptoms of celiac. Some people get D, some get C. Personally, I get D if I eat large amounts of gluten, C if I have small amounts. The great thing is that the only things needed to manage it is diet. You won't need steriods or surgery or anything scary like that. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
