Mystery trigger

I have been trying to identify a trigger. For the past few months I have found that when I eat a chicken breast sandwich on my homemade sourdough bread sprayed with a small amount of olive oil on which I put 1 tsp of homemade relish I get D within 8-12 hours. If I don't use relish I don't have a problem.

The relish is made from finely diced yellow zucchini and red bell peppers, salt, white sugar, mustard seeds, tumeric and celery seeds. It is cooked for 20 mins and put in canning jars.

Any ideas?
