There isn't a specific ratio, because the general idea is that you should eat as much IF as you can eat without triggering major problems. It's going to differ from person to person. On average I eat a 50-50 ratio, although if I'm really eating good and healthy, it's more like 75% IF and 25% SF. A lot of IBS'ers can't get away with that, but it works for me.
