The thought of a massage a few years ago would have me running to the bathroom. But, a few months ago on our cruise, I finally had my first massage. And I loved it! The first few times I listened with headphones, but the last time I listened with my alarm clock CD player out loud. And when I had the headphones, I'd always fall asleep with them on. I'd wake up later pulling them off. lol I've never taken anxiety meds, believe it or not. None of the dr's even suggested it to me. It would have made sense...I was actually having panic attacks when I finally went to the dr for the IBS. The only rx I've ever gotten for IBS was Levsinex. I still use that rarely. I try to avoid it if possible. You can let hubby know that you can claim them on your taxes for medical expenses! lol I remember Bev saying she did that.
