You might try egg whites again in a couple of months. I took me a while to get my tummy settled down enough to handle egg whites and, like you, I felt more queasy than IBS-y with them. They never bothered me in baked goods, but naked was just too much for me. I was finally able to handle hard-boiled ones and eventually egg whites "fried" in just a little Smart Balance Light.
