I take three level (cooking) tbsps of Acacia per day. I think I might need to go to 4 or take FiberChoice. I spread my dosages out over a 5 hour period. Is this too much time? How often do you guys spread out your dosages?
I have been doing fine for two years, eat foods high in soluble fiber, i.e. oatmeal, oatmeal squares, oatmeal breakfast cookies, veggies with white rice and chicken, snack on baked snacks, exercise daily and am getting ready to try Yoga.
I was having two wonderful BMs per day; now C has risen its ugly head again. I am drinking Heather's Fennel tea and 64+ in water for bloating and gas (which has come back with a vengance).
Please give me your advice. Heather, if you see this message please respond.
