Hi, I was stupid and did not buy the right kind of turkey meatballs. I placed them in the sauce, they are made with cheese.
I do not want to waste the sauce, I wanted to know, if I have the sauce, but don't eat the meatballs, is the sauce still containmated since it was combined w/turkey milk meatballs?
Also, would taking Acadia, Beano, Lactaid pills, what before I eat can I do to minmize or avoid harm?
